Solid Choice Close to the Parks

Check-in was quick and efficient. The lobby was nice and spacious. There was plenty of parking available . The room was large for a standard room. I think it was the largest I have seen. The location is very convenient to many restaurants and shops.
The gym equipment showed some wear.

excellent stay!
perfect location clean towels morning starbucks
I really enjoyed the location. It was perfect. there were many things to do with a quick drive or a short walk. i appreciated the clean towels that were brought to the room daily. the early morning starbucks on site was great though the price of a cup of coffee was a little expensive!

Excellent Stay Close to Everything
great value fantastic pool good shuttle central location
I found the hotel a great value for money. The pool is fantastic it is very relaxed and of a good size. It remains open late so kids can enjoy a nighttime swim. A good shuttle to Universal is available and I used it on most days plus a Lyft was less than $10 because of the location.
I noticed the hotel could use more luggage carts because I had to make several trips to the room which was a pain.

The staff was helpful and friendly I really appreciated that. Housekeeping only happens when requested however they will refill all consumables. Staff refill shampoo soap coffee and toilet roll whenever you want.

Convenient Location, Great Experience
onsite restaurants free shuttle
The location is convenient, especially due to its proximity to popular spots. On-site restaurants and bars offered a good dining experience. The availability of a kids' game room was a great addition, along with a perfect pool, including a hot tub for the whole family. Trolley bus stops right at the hotel made transportation easy, and I valued the free shuttle to parks.
I was charged a $100 deposit, meant to be returned upon leaving. My departure was early, around 5:30 am, and I never received the deposit back. I paid $825, and this additional charge, not returned, felt unfair. I claim that this may be a scam. Be cautious about the deposit policy, as they may not keep their word.
